4 Q:Shipping Damage

A:We pack all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.However, damage may still occur occasionally. Customers must inspect the packaging and the products carefully before signing receive the packages. If there is any damaged, please notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Customers must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse a shipment or return it without approval, because the customers' right to make a damage claim may be denied.
All damages must be notified to the carrier and the seller within 24 hours. (Please remember to take some photos and video of the package&product if damaged)
5 Q:Installation and Fitment Issues

A:We guarantee fitment for each vehicles, unless we specifically indicate otherwise. We make them available for sale after testing all parts on the car.But all the after-market parts body kits, aerodynamic accessories, carbon parts etc are essentially designed and fabricated utilising the original mounting points, replicating and remoulding original parts .These are not original manufacturer’s parts and therefore a 100% fitment accuracy is intended but cannot be guaranteed at all times. So customers need to understand that no after-market body parts will fit exactly like OEM. It is normal and you are expected to do minor adjustments for a good fit.
Every mould is a bit different, raw materials used are different that the ones for OEM parts . Although the quality and fitment accuracy of the body kits is good, we strongly recommend using a professional body shop which specialises in custom work and carbon fiber parts and body kit installations.
6 Q: Defective Products

A:All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, for all carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return.
7 Q:About Refund

A:30% restocking fee applies if customers cancels/returns(not refund shipping cost) the item due to a change of mind;There are absolutely no returns on painted products. As a precaution, test fit all parts before you cut/paint/drill the items.
